Students of the Oxford Violin School are always busy in their musical activities and are quite remarkable in what they achieve. I'm so proud of them!
They achieve notable successes in exams, festivals, concerts, orchestras, choirs, auditions, scholarships ... in fact, in everything they have set their mind to!
Breaking news! Spring 2024: Several Music Scholarships awarded to OVS students by Oxford High School and Magdalen College School. Congratulations!
Recent successes include:

Award of places by competitive audition at both Junior and Senior Departments of the Royal College of Music and Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

Music Scholarships and Music Exhibitions to Oxford schools, including Oxford High School and Magdalen College School.

Successful auditions for Frideswide Voices, Christ Church Oxford.

Leaders and members of National Children’s Orchestra of Great Britain and National Schools Symphony Orchestra.

Leaders and members of all Oxfordshire County Youth Orchestras and Ensembles and Oxy-Baroxy.

Members of chamber music courses in Oxford and Pro Corda.

First prizes at Oxford, Abingdon and other local Music Festivals.
